1. Have slider or not, there are many different shapes on the safety ring. 
2. Mould life and customer’s requirements will decide mould steel material selection, such as 2344, 2738, 2311 and beryllium copper. 
3. Slider design and structure have enough stroke. 
4. Customer’s injection machine parameter and opening stroke are suitable. 
5. Injection method, hot runner or cold runner, reasonable cycle time. 
6. Reasonable cooling water design. 
7. Plastic material flow analysis. 
8. Avoid water leakage or not, dropping testing requirement. 
9. Stacking and loading affection. 
10. IML system, if the cap need IML, it should use anti-injection.
