Normally, if we want to make the container with a label, we should inject the container first, and then, use printing machine to make the container with label. But now, when customer found and familiar with IML technology, the robot will help put label in the mould before production, which will help save more than triple times than old technology.
1. IML molding line should strong enough to bear the high speed, long working life and high pressure production.
2. Reasonable container thickness to convenient labeling.
3. Consider the robot action when make mold design.
4. The cycle time is the shorter the better.
5. Mould should have self-lock system to avoid eccentricity.
6. Good plastic material liquidity. The transparent degree will based on customer’s requirements to make polish.
7. Machine opening and eject stroke should be reasonable to fit to robot pick up goods.
