In the mold cost, steel material occupies about 25%-30% to the mold cost of production. Due to the mold spare parts material and type difference, has big differ of the cost. So a good mold company can help buyer choose the mod suitable mold material, make the spare parts fit to the mold life, and adopt all arrangement to bring into full play of steel material function.

4. Mold process equipment.
Mold process equipments towards high efficiency, high automatic, multi function, which increased the mold cost. But they are the most necessary factors in develop and maintain plastic mold.

All of the buyers want to pay the least money to buy a mould, but low Mould cost of production always will cause many after sale problems.
