For PET preform mould ,hot runner system is the most important part.The heating elements we are using now are made from Germany.Also it's saving materials and keeping the preform in a high and stable quality .For the steel , we use Stavax 136stainless steel for PET preofrm mould,this steel is suitable for some moulds need high finish surface,high-output and high life.Accoring to our experience ,the screw thread is easy to get abrasion.So we use 2083 steel to enhance its using .                  

PET Preform Production Line

Each mould will work for many years ,but sometimes it will happen that core and cavity may broken during produciton .So it will be very important to have a mould with easy maintenance .For our PET preform moulds ,all the cavity inserts are independently inserted ,all the inserts are interchangeable ,if any parts damaged,you can easily replace it with new parts.For example , 48 cavity preformmoulds,we will provide 6sets of spare parts when shipping moulds,including core ,cavity,neck,heater,temperature controller,piston o-ring,valve pin...so you dont need to worry about the spare parts .

And for the cooling system, our mould adopt integral cooling water channel system. You can see these two big water nozzle on the top.You only need connect cooling water to these two nozzle,which make it very easy to you .Also the cooling effect is improved by this way .
